HR Audit

Identify areas of strength and weakness

The purpose of the HR Audit is to conduct a more in depth analysis of the HR function to identify areas of strength and weakness and where improvements may be needed. This includes determining if your organisation's policies are current, if they comply with current legislation and if they are aligned to your corporate objectives.

We offer 3 levels of audit - which one you choose may be dependant on the size and complexity of your organisation or your businesses desired outcome. We would be happy to discuss with you the appropriate audit level for your organisation prior to any audit being carried out, ensuring you gain the best results for your business.
